Surprise-dog, wonder-dog. She`s like a book sealed with seven seals.
She has all typically greyhound`s contradictions - sometimes she`s trembling deer and sometimes she`s armored vehicle, "clever girl" and "bad girl", shy and troublesome at the same time, tender and self-dependent, obedient and obstinate.
She is one of those dogs who pass around the puddle performing such great finicality, and after that she scamper like she is in chase of ghost hare. Needless to talk about races or pursuing animals.
In spring 2008 at lure coursing championship Beryl had broken her toe at second third of whole distance...
And what do you think - it wouldn`t stop her! She even had almost overtaken her daughter at finish.
And pretend the same Beryl are almost loosing her consciousness during nailcut or in front of veterinary station.
Beryl is very feminine and so spectacular, she is loved by both humans and dogs. And you can be sure - she can pretend herself "poor little girl" so naturally you would believe it. Better than any actress!
Her feminity has no trace of fragility. Beryl has real strength - both in physical and psychological ways.
I feel really grateful to Mrs. Veronica for that wonderful lady greyhound.
